Strategic Imperatives

To propel progress,  ensure that efforts by all Second District committees are synchronized with our district representative's vision and strategic objectives. I'll also implement a metric driven approach to gauge the effectiveness and added value of these endeavors.

 work with the host chapter to plan and execute energizing, robust, forward-thinking workshops and meetings aimed at benefiting brothers, chapters, and the communities they serve while staying true to the original mission of shirtsleeve conference.

• work with committee chairmen to create and implement intentional and impactful social media campaigns that highlight our efforts in mentoring,
  S.T.E.M., scholarship, health care initiatives, social justice, and much more as well as showcase the strength of our friendship!!

• I will create a comprehensive Second District media kit that highlights the amazing efforts of the district, its chapters, and its committees

I will lead the Mighty Second District and its committees in a manner that is purposeful, transparent, and respectful.
