tangible outcomes benefiting the Second District, its members and the greater community we serve.

To propel progress, I WILL ensure that efforts by all Second District committees are synchronized with our district representative's vision and strategic objectives. I'll also implement a metric driven approach to gauge the effectiveness and added value of these endeavors.
Alignment for Success
I WILL work with the host chapter to plan and execute energizing, robust, forward-thinking workshops and meetings aimed at benefiting brothers, chapters, and the communities they serve while staying true to the original mission of shirtsleeve conference.

I WILL work with committee chairmen to create and implement intentional and impactful social media campaigns that highlight our efforts in mentoring, S.T.E.M., scholarship, health care initiatives, social justice, and much more as well as showcase the strength of our friendship!!
